I'm owed some money by a Chicago based business and intend to be paid.

Would like to apply legal pressure, have questions, would like to discuss via email.

A local Chicago attorney would be great, maybe a nastygram via Registered Mail or an official phone call will be enough to motivate them into action...?

There are some very effective professional collection agencies that specialize in business collections and they work for a small percentage of the collection so you aren't out any money if they don't collect. We've used them in the past with good results. Factoring companies may also buy the receivable from you.
