A nice dinner sans protection.
A hungry bear and his mate is what was used for protection. Big Grin



Pie crust.



Basil pesto.



Seared pork tenderloin.



Medallions placed.



Fresh shredded spinach.



Ricotta cheese.



Mozzarella cheese.



Olive oil and Italian seasonings.



Served with scratch made spinach parmesan gnocchi.
