I have been getting over 5% on my preferred stocks, since bonds have stopped paying diddly.

Like JPM series H preferred, paying 6%.

I too have mostly stocks that my return is over 5%....... some of the ones I have that pay good dividends are XLE, XOM, and INTC.......
