When I was a teenager my father was based to an USAF air station. The Stars & Stripes bookstore tore off the covers of the unsold magazines and tossed the rest. PB, PH, Hustler, Gallery... free albeit for the effort of climbing into a dumpster. I went once with the kid that worked at the bookstore. Gott im Himmel! It was the motherlode! That was also the discovery of erotic, contrasted to raunchy and nasty. I never had a stash as my father kept PBs in his bathroom. I did hide a picture of a totally beautiful scandanavian model under my mattress once. By that time I had been washing my own clothes and bedding for a while. That week my mother decided to wash the sheets. She did not say anything but obviously had seen it. Clearly she had been inspecting the room regularly. There are two women that I have known whose layouts that I have chanced upon. "It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye". Never had a "stash" of Playboy, and my relatives didn't have any, either. My go-to magazine was Scientific American. flashguy Texan by choice, not accident of birth | |||

Used to hide them in my closet underneath a bunch of stuff. I was about 13 and was able to buy them at the local drug store in the late 60s. Hadn't bought any for a couple of months and then my dad comes up to me and asks if I was going to get any new ones because he was tired of reading the old ones Hahahaa! __________________________ "Para ser libre, un hombre debe tener tres cosas, la tierra, una educacion y un fusil. Was never a porn collector. Did keep a couple centerfolds folded up and slid inside vinyl album covers though. Judas Priest, Ted Nugent, Def Leppard, etc. I knew my parents were never going to get those records out...
