Is 195° a Traeger thing?

I’ve never heard of smoking any barbecue at that low a temperature, usually I always try to stick between 225° and 250° for all my BBQ I’ve ever done; pork butts, brisket and ribs. That seems to always be the sweet spot range.

Same here. First hour is on the Smoke setting (which is 180-ish degrees inside the pit), then the rest of the smoke at 225 pit temp.
