It's about 50°. She just finished her daily survey of the back yard and is taking a break. Indeed, that's Merlot in all of her doggie glory. She's nearly 15YO but is still going strong.

Nice!

Here’s a photo of Sparky helping me complete an amplifier repair. If you look closely, you’ll see he is holding a pair of hemostats in one paw and an adjustment tool in the other. He thinks opposable thumbs are overrated!

I have been around here a few years, really enjoy pic of your dog.
I always wanted a standard but always had to let a miniature select me from the pound.
Worked out great as the boys are the best little things.
Got a big Lab that showed up hungry at deer camp,he is very protective of the little ones.
Last May a year ago this crazy german shepard mix jumped over the fence in the back yard and does the same with the little ones .
No I did not steal him,he was a stray that was hungry and did not like anybody He is sweet to us,and scares the shit out of the thugs locally.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Sorry, no photo; but this morning a mule deer doe was nuzzling her fawn outside our bedroom window at my wife’s old family home.
