Along with the salad and a home brewed craft beer how about a 24" salt and pepper grinder set?

We are headed to an art show in Syracuse, NY this weekend and I needed a real attention grabber, I think this will do it !! ( Slightly out of focus, I was handholding the camera )

I have made these in the past and each has sold the first time they were displayed. Oddly I had a commission several years to make 5 36" pepper grinders for a restaurant, not something I care to make again but they paid dearly for them.

The blue set is 'only' 18" tall....

My dad does quite a bit of woodturning. His father was a turner as well. I've seen good work in my life.

I think you have the beer glass volume to grinder height ratio reversed. Other than that, quite a nice set of skills you have.

I never thought I'd be discussing pepper grinders on SF, but OK...

I picked up an old, little pepper grinder at a yard sale for $1. Turns out it's cast aluminum and made in France by a company named Perfex. Runs $50-60 new or used.

Those look nice but 18" seems too tall for home use unless you have a server doing it at home for you.
