I just listened to this. I'd heard of Nightingale-Conant, but never made the connection with this man.

Like you posted, what he had to say then is just as true now.

I miss that guy.

Years ago I had a set of audio cassettes for my commute made by/narrated by Earl Nightingale called "Lead the Field" and it was full of very useful insights, including "Acres of Diamonds" by Earl Nightingale .

I listened to Lead the Field as well. It made a huge difference for me.
