My uncle has been recovering from a liver transplant, and has been researching our ancestors. I know nothing past my grandparents.

Here are Bentzion Greenwald and his second wife Rivka Leah, in London circa 1916. They are from Germany, don't know if they ever came to the US. My great grandfather did, and my grandfather was born here.

How nice you have that photo (and know who they are--I have a lot of old photos with no idea who are in them).

I am also doing genealogy. I know about my great granparents, but never met them.

Thanks. My father & uncle are pushing 80 & 75 respectively and have both had health issues the past year. They are putting as much down on paper as possible while they still can. There are lots of pictures to go through.

I have old tintype photos of mostly maternal relatives going back to the civil war thanks to a 2nd cousin. He recently passed away in his 90s so he's the last of the family who would know.
