An instant karma for those not electrically inept
I have an apparently unused STL-300 Stoplite™ tactical light and laser by SIGTAC.

The owner who gave it to me didn't test it until it was out of warranty, whereupon he discovered it didn't work.

I've futzed around with it and have not figured out what's wrong. Since I have so many other things that are demanding of my time I'm going to offer this up to the first SIGforum member who believes that they have the skillset to fix it.

Rules
1. You must have been a member on or before November 9, 2018.
2. You must possess the necessary electrical understanding to give fixing it a good shot.
3. If you manage to fix it, you posted a short video of it working along with a description of what it took to get it to work.
4. If you can't fix it, you'll rekarma it.
5. First "I'm your man!' reply gets it.

Besides a Fluke meter and 40 years of electronic experience, what else is required?

Provide if I do get it working and cannot use, will karma it of just the same.
