Senate investigators released Justice Department records they say contain evidence of potential prostitution-related crimes involving Hunter Biden that were not previously provided to Congress during earlier inquiries.

Senate Republicans on Monday released Justice Department records they say reveal federal investigators possessed evidence of possible prostitution-related offenses involving Hunter Biden but failed to provide the materials to congressional investigators during earlier oversight inquiries.

According to a report from Just the News, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley and Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations Chairman Ron Johnson obtained records from the United States Department of Justice after requesting them during a 2022 investigation into alleged Biden family corruption and conflicts of interest.

The senators said the documents include text messages and other records that they believe demonstrate the government had substantial evidence of possible violations of the Mann Act, a federal law prohibiting the transportation of individuals across state lines for prostitution or “any other immoral purpose.”

Grassley and Johnson stated the records indicate potential violations dating back to at least October 2020.

Among the materials released were communications that investigators said appeared to show Hunter Biden purchasing airfare in 2018 for an unidentified woman traveling from Los Angeles to another destination.

The senators also referenced findings from their September 2020 investigation into Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings while former President Joe Biden served as vice president.

That earlier Senate report cited financial transactions involving women from Ukraine and Russia, including payments investigators said appeared connected to “an Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring.”

The newly released records include excerpts from documents published by Grassley’s office, which lawmakers say contain conversations and evidence tied to those allegations.

It's just kabuki theater UNLESS they are going to:

challenge the autopen pardons in federal court (probably end up in SCOTUS).

challenge the 11-year blanket pardon in federal court (probably end up in SCOTUS). The federal judge based in Commiefornia presiding over Hunter's tax evasion case questioned the overall constitutionality of the broad pardon, but did rule that the tax case was within president's authority as it was specifically named in the pardon.

hand the evidence over to the state prosecutor where the crime occurred as the pardon was only federal crimes.
