Of course you can copy it. But, have you thought about buying the house and just having it moved? Getting it Illinois would probably be very reasonable. There's something about Bendable in the authentic Golden Girls house. You need it.

Yeah, they’d probably pay you to take a U-Haul back into IL, not necessarily from CA though.

I think most potential buyers for the ‘Golden Girl’s’ house are now in the old folks home. Plus it’s in CA, many want to move out.

with all those windows and four times the insulation ,

to put that up in Eastern Iowa ,these days.
