Thanks, if I were closer I'd have been in touch!

It's fixed so my only "revenge" is to enjoy putting a crapload of miles on it. Dirty job but... Big Grin

I learned that I would remember the Quality long after the price is forgotten.
After I got out of the Army in '73 I bought a '72 Corvette and learned they aren't the cheapest car around, but I sure enjoyed it and paid the price for top notch service and repairs.

L98 TPI, had the same engine in my 86 but it was an early model and had the Iron Heads.

I replaced the stock runners with oversized runners, bigger throttle body, changed the stock rockers to 1.5 Crane Roller rockers, pushrods and a host of other go fast goodies to include a 150 shot of NOS...

It's really not that bad of a job, and you can sit down on the tire when you need a break, I could squeeze my big size 14's in and under the car. Just be sure to bring all the tools the first time.

Thing is you got to want to do it, and maybe it's a bit high, but, it appears it's done correctly, did they do the belt too?
