Mars_AttacksSince I've Lost 35lbs, I Can Wear Tee Shirts Again
I'm down to 157 from 192 in six months and now I can wear a medium TEE.
Here's the first one for my next Marzy at Cockatoo Farms gun video.

MutinyWow that’s awesome progress on weight loss! I assume it is intentional… What are you doing to achieve that type of result?
The Tshirt is awesome too.

Mars_AttacksI was in serious trouble and the doctor put me on Mounjaro. EVERYTHING is in the green now. I've gone from a 36" waist and a BMI of 30+ to a 30" waist and BMI of 24.

doublesharpIs Mounjaro hard to live with? How long will you take it? Congrats on impressive results - the drug didn't do it by itself, you had to be committed to achieve those numbers.

MikeinNCGood deal Marzy. That’s great news for ya man.
I got some wonky numbers in Feb and am down from 185 to 168. My triglycerides and cholesterol numbers are back in the norm, my pants are baggy. From a 36 to a 34 (I usually wear an IWB holster and buy my pants large.)
I cut out sugar & alcohol (was having 2 drinks a night), began tracking my food/calories and began taking NAC and niacin to flush my liver. It’s working. Although I get up on nights I take the niacin’s and pee like an old man.
Think I’m gonna get to 165 and hold it there, by my diet.

There is some nausea with it, but I learned to abate it with sucralfate and chicken flavored ramen.
I have zero desire for sugar or red meat. I crave vegetables and water.
My triglycerides were at 780, now down to 150. A1C was 7.0+ down to 5.9.

TinymanDoc said to lose weight. My annual is due later this month and have went from 290 to 220 (70#) in a year so maybe he will shut up. The only problem is wardrobe -- have to keep getting smaller sizes.
