confirmation email comes next day with the way wrong address,

phoned again , girl can not help me , ask for Mgr.

30 min later the manager claims that its been handled . expect the shoes in 7-10 days.

four days later the shoes that I ordered are here and all is well.

until today
when I look at the last e-mail that the manager sent me , it claims that I have an $1100.00 balance remaining on my gift card from that retailer

both pairs of shoes were only $100.00

it just makes me feel way stupid, because I know that millions of dollars are spent , every damn day w/o a single problem from either the buyer or seller.

Never have had an issue with Zappos in the well over a decade I've been dealing with them.

They have 4E/5E/6E selections which many places do not.

The only shoes I like are SAS from Texas. Local store closed but there is another ~45 miles away in Corvallis.
