Not in the same boat as others married longer but I’ve been married long enough that I would have been released on parole by now...

Sorry, again read this wrong.

The BOW weight of my airplane is 316,000 lbs.

We need some ballast freight and fuel and before you know it we are at 400,000 lbs before that airplane can move.

So for a freighter 777.... the answer to the thread title is 400,000 lbs. Smile

We’re approaching our 55th and wouldn’t change a thing, love her as much now as the day we were married. Respect of each other in a marriage is important as love of each other.

We were both 20 when we married. We'll hit our 43rd anniversary on May 28th. So we've been together two lifetimes, I guess.

Hasn’t been half my life, but I’ve been with Mrs. Cooker for 15 years. As I am sure you all know and feel the same, when you’re with someone this long, you’re not just with that person. You two actually become one. Thinking of life without her, unable to laugh together, bicker over which movie to watch, what it would be like to lay in bed alone, those are terrible thoughts, and almost unimaginable.
Now, my wife drives me crazy half the time and there are times I truly envy the MGTOW guys. It would be great to buy the WIlson Combat gun I want. I’m able to afford it, but it’s not a mutual agreement and a necessary purchase, when you factor we are a team.
If I were to end up single, I would probably fall right into the same pattern that Prefontaine is in. I certainly wouldn’t me out looking to get married again.
I don’t like the thought of not having my half next to me. She’s a pretty awesome woman, even if I can’t always do what I want.
Given the chance, I’d do it all over again. Without question.

Met my wife in 10th grade and went with her 6 years before marrying. We celebrated our 53rd wedding anniversary just before Christmas so we have been married two thirds of our lives.

I’m 50 and I’ve been married for over 29 years and dated for two years prior to that. My goal is 50 years of marriage.

Born in ‘54, married in ‘84, so I’m on the plus side of the equation. So very happy for how the journey has progressed.

Same here. I didn't post in the other thread though. I don't see a single guy or girl and wonder why they're not married or look down on them at all.

Threads like that other one are just sad to me. It's a bummer to me that so many people don't get to experience how phenomenal life is when you have a fantastic partner.
