Although, I have to ask, did you have a falling out with your butcher? Many of your past pics look like you're trying single handedly fund his annual vacation by buying massive hunks of prime beef.

My cholesterol was a little elevated at last year's physical.

I use ground turkey, reduced fat cheese, and light sour cream in the tostadas. They are still delicious!

No cutting corners with the Margarita though. Full steam ahead!
