When we moved a while back I put this under bed Amsec locker into storage. Now, the combo that I thought was right won’t work and I can’t get into the thing. The ESL5 lock has new a new battery, but all I get is the “wrong entry” beep beep beep when I try. Any thoughts?

Send me a photo of the serial number(s). The safe itself should have one, and there should be another located on the keypad mount. My e-mail is in my profile.

I'll call it in to AMSEC and get you the instructions for resetting it.
