Mayor pushes for an "integrated force", gets an incompetent as a result. Incompetent screws up. Police cheif wantting no part of backlash, throws incompetent under the bus. Mayor being upset with her pet project being outted, fires police cheif. All quiet on the democrat front.

No different than female Generals IMO and I really wouldn't want one commanding a combat division.
Chief Katie Holmboe gold hill oregon. Oregons second female chief of police and as far as i know the longest running. Damn fine lady.
