I use UPS My Choice to receive emails about deliveries.

I usually get an email in advance of the day, stating the delivery day and a 4-hour window. That's a large target and they don't usually miss it.

Last week I was informed of a delivery with a window of 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM. Before that time rolled around, I got an update stating something slightly later, maybe 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM.

They are generally accurate with that timeframe around here.

If you do miss them, they'll usually drop it off at your nearest UPS Store for you to pickup
