If anyone is in heavy equipment sales (preferably mid Atlantic region)I’m looking for a newer 30k pound excavator as well as a lowboy. I would certainly prefer to do business with a fellow forum member if possible.

As I am not allowed to give out investment advise, unless contracted. I can, however, let you know if you are on the right track. Wink

This gesture is great Para indicative of your leadership and administration here.

Placed an order with beancooker's outfit already and have bought from Dave Troung in the past among others. Will continue to keep an eye out for fellow members and their businesses.

Many thanks to the Boss!

I'm in a local service business (childcare) and we have local "Best of" competitions that I will post for help.

Thank you again Para.

We manufacture super-premium ice cream, and gluten free waffle cone mix, and ice cream inclusions (cookies/cake, currently)

We are an FDA licensed facility, and can process raw ingredients.

We are switching into more gluten-free baking - tweaking how to retail package.

If you have short-date cream, or eggs, and can buy the ice cream back from us to store in your facility, we are a flexible, continuous flow operation, and can process a decent amount of ingredients per hour.

Para, thanks for the opportunity.

I am a real estate attorney in Florida. The market is shifting for sure. Lots more FSBO, and buyers looking to steal something from nervous sellers. Then there is the refi market, holy smokes folks are out shopping. I have some great connections and always give a SF discount!

Many thanks to Para for offering this opportunity to introduce members to this product. I know we’re all just trying to hold on during this difficult economic time and I know that health is also on our minds.

Does Oxidative Stress (Free Radicals) cause disease?

Many believe it does:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxidative_stress
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3614697/

Reducing Oxidative Stress, then, makes sense.

Using the all-natural product I sell called Protandim, you can reduce your level of Oxidative Stress (and cellular damage) by up to 40% in just 30 days, and up to 70% in 120 days.

You can see a short ABC News Primetime Investigative Report video on the product here: https://www.biohackandactivate.com . Please be sure to check out the “Research” tab and the “Animal” tab at the top of that page. Remember, animals know nothing about a placebo effect.

Here is a link to 26 peer reviewed studies on Protandim itself (not just its component ingredients) on the National Institutes of Health website: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=Protandim

Protandim works by activating the Nrf2 pathway in your cells. It is not a supplement but instead activates your body’s own mechanisms to work toward wellness.

Check out this quote:
“. . . Nrf2 which may well become the most extraordinary therapeutic and most extraordinary preventive breakthrough in the history of medicine.” --Washington State University study here . Full text here .

Please contact me via email with questions: don4life99@gmail.com Please place “SIGforum” in the subject line.

For ordering: https://donpowell.lifevantage.com/

Per FDA guidelines, I must state that these products are not claimed to prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or condition.

Thank you!

Thank you Para, this is a great offer.

I stay pretty busy at my day job, but I wrote Shot Works Pro some years back and have gotten enough sales per year for me to keep the website up and supporting user questions and fixing issues. It's a highly encrypted firearms/ammo/accessories inventory software. I like to think it's pretty cool because it never forces you to do things. Let's say you didn't pay money for a gun, instead you traded 6 chickens, a bottle of moonshine, and a trolling motor for it. In this case, where you would enter the price, it won't make you enter dollars and cents, you can put in there what the trade was. That was the first request when I started writing it.

Anyway, if this would be useful for anyone, you can use the TAKE5 discount code for 5 bucks off.
