Blackhorse4Shout Out to Mec-Gar Customer Service
About a week ago, I responded to a Mec-Gar email concerning Ruger MkIII mags, and ordered 2. After hitting”Send” realized I’d ordered standard mags instead of 22/45 mags. Quick call to them, answered immediately, by their CS Rep, took less then a minute to correct MY mistake. They had the proper mag bases in stock and 2 days later, the new,correct, mags arrived. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a huge impression.

I couldn’t imagine a Mec-Gar CS story. Those suckers just work, what service could be needed?
Glad to hear that the folks helping with orders do as great a job as those designing and building the mags.
