South Carolina was always the laggard in concealed carry policies....but this is great news. The governor will sign constitutional carry into law today and it will become effective immediately.

Glad to see that they worked something out in Conference committee that could be agreeable to the State House and State Senate. Well done.
Next session start working on improvements as needed.

ETA - Looking at the map of the shameful 21, who might be next Nevada(Utah)? North Carolina?
