I want a warmer hoodie. I've got a couple, one is way too big and the other is ok, but neither are very warm, and have no water resistance.

I'm looking at this Carhartt one, which would be perfect except it is a zipper one, and I really want a pull-over where you have just one pocket for both hands.

Really looking for a sherpa-lined pullover hoodie that is water resistant. With either sherpa lining down the sleeves, or some other sleeve lining (the Carhartt has nylon with I'm guessing some batting).

I've spent a few hours looking, and the Carhartt is the closest I've found, except for the pullover part.

Any recommendations?

Duluth Trading has a number of hoodies and hooded zip-up sweatshirts that are very comfortable and durable, and available in various different models for everything from comfy loungewear to sporty activewear to toasty outdoor workwear.

For what you've described, a water-resistant Carthart-style pullover hoodie with some extra warmth, check out https://www.duluthtrading.com/...s-shirts-sweatshirts

I have several of the Carhartt pullover types. They are pretty much my daily wear in this kind of weather. I have one of the rain guard types that works quite well.

They do seem to have changed their design some over the past couple years to a larger bulkier style than previously.

Good quality though. I have a two that are ten years old and still going strong.

I don't think I've seen a heavyweight pullover hoodie that's also water resistant in any real sense.

But I like the idea.

Check out Arborwear double thick.
They’re extremely warm. Pricey at about $90
but made to last.

Guess I should have added, at around $100 or less lol

I had looked at Duluth, but missed that one. I’ll put it on my list to consider.

Under Armor makes/made one. I like mine, washed several times, still beads water.

I'll say, that one probably is the most impressive one I've seen, but it's too high over my price point.

Like at your kids soccer practice? Most parents have one. Those suburbanite moms can be pretty wound tight.

I have an American Giant hoodie that is excellent design and quality. They make a cotton zipper one that has some kind of waterproofing on it, it is expensive.

I have a few SIGs.
