Trump Protestor Lawsuit Includes UC San Diego

Hard to believe, I know, but “Maria Ana Carrola Flores, 19, filed the lawsuit this month in San Diego County Superior Court against defendants including the university, the driver of the car that struck her, the state and the City of San Diego. The lawsuit’s allegations include negligence and a dangerous condition on public property.”

This genius was with others protesting the night President Trump was elected. Their demonstration moved out onto Interstate 5 in California at 1:40 a.m. She was struck by a car. In the dark. On the Interstate. That they were attempting to block.
