She's an idiot for sure, but I don't think the headline is correct claiming she says "you can't impeach a woman of color." What I hear is "you can't impeach a member of congress...you can't a woman of congress."

She's wrong, of course. I don't know if impeachment is the correct word for what can be done to a member of congress, but they certainly can be expelled.
