Ok, the subject is nothing new to anyone here.
But, Dave does some amazing work.

My wife had a stone fall out of her wedding ring, and Dave was obviously the first choice to get it resolved.

This is a before, with the missing stone

When we got married, the jeweler had to size the ring down a bit, which I assume resulted in the retainers for the smaller stones getting stretched out. In the first year, I think 5 or 6 fell out. They always replaced them, but on Dave's inspection we found that they had an interesting method of retaining them:

I had planned on getting a matching band done for the opposite side for our 10 year anniversary, but a combination of factors prevented that at the time.

Truly the most nerve-wracking thing I've done, shipping her ring off.
The main stone was a gift from my grandmother, and was either her mom's or her grandmother's, we can't recall. So, a multi-generational heirloom.

Since it was off to Mimi's, I had Dave work up getting that done, and the end result is amazing!

As always, Dave was great to work with, and a brief chat about the work to be done, turned into a 20 minute general chat phone call.
My wife had thought about changing the layout, but on Dave's advice, kept it as is.
We're lucky to have Dave here, and I tell everyone I know that Mimi's is the place to use.

End result, back on my wife's hand.
Photos really don't do it justice, the amount of sparkle from it is pretty amazing.

I don't have any pics, but we had Dave redo my wife's engagement ring also. Replaced baguette side stones with square diamonds as one of the baguettes had gone missing. He recreated the exact style of the original with the square stones, looked even better than the original.

Couldn't be happier with all of our purchases.

Glad yours turned out well also!

I gave Dave a thought I had in my head for a Bear Pendant for the wife. What Dave created and designed is nothing short of mind boggling. Beautiful pendant and truly a one of a kind. Dave and his staff are the best and I will never go anywhere else.

If any members are on the fence about Dave and his services, DONT be! He is a wonderful gentleman and a true artisan.

Thanks again Dave

About 8 yrs ago, visited Dave at his shop with my wife to have him come up with a custom ring designed around a 1.5 carat stone. He did a fantastic job and the wife was very happy.

That is a beautiful ring, Dave and the folks at Mimi's just did a ring repair for me and I could not be happier. Truly a blessing to have such a resource.

Dave made an elephant pendant for Mrs. Mike (it’s our son’s favorite animal) several years ago. She couldn’t be more happy. Dave does great work. And I plan on seeing him for a 20year anniversary gift.

Both of my Citizen watches, my wife's earrings & now her ring are from Mimi's. Only way I'd use anyone else, would be if it was something Dave couldn't get.

Going to CA the next 2 summers for HS graduations for wife's nephew & niece. Hope to swing a stop by Mimi's in person.

David has helped us with jewelry and watches on multiple occasions. Every experience has been perfect. My wife surprised me with a beautiful diamond stud a few years ago. We both have watches purchased at Mimi's and they have serviced several others.
