No difference between the pigeons and wild doves.

I put a lot of both in the cooking pot at home when I was a kid.

The breast is about the only part big enough to eat, but taste really good.

Put several of them in a pot, with some packaged stuffing, put in oven, when breasts are done, enjoy!
