I've noticed that as well. White males are discriminated against as a matter of policy. It does have an effect, particularly on the young white males.

Bill O'Reilly is saying that it's a "wag the dog" diversion to take attention away from her inability to govern and the violent inner-city crime epidemic.
I agree with O'Reilly to a point, but she is still unquestionably a racist, and no one in authority will call her out on it.
Believe it or not, a Hispanic Tribune reporter canceled an interview with her on the basis of this racist policy. Now, if all reporters would just do the same...

Yes and No. He kind of straddles the line. I recall the interviews he did with the Chris Rock show. He was on the forefront of joking about race.
His first question to Spike Lee was "How come you don't like White people." Spike did not know what to say. He gave Ed Bradley quite a time as well.

^^^ Chris grew up in the era of busing and was treated poorly by the kids in the white school. Beaten up, called racial slurs, and more. That shaped his outlook and made him suspicious and uncomfortable around white people. Can't say I blame him.
But Chris came from a strong family. In an interview with Jesse Jackson he asked why people in poor neighborhoods can't pick up the trash. Jesse started his usual rhymes about access to capital and investment. And Chris said something like "you don't need all that to pick up the trash!" and said his parents made him pick up the trash in their yard and the houses on either side so their house didn't look out of place. Jesse didn't know what to do to get Chris to stop speaking the truth.
Chris has been very successful. He credits parents and family for it. Denzel Washington also credits family and specifically his father for his success. I think his parents weren't together, but his father was in his life. Without that, he says he might be dead like many of his childhood friends are now.
Chris and Denzel are the two that I think could speak up for personal responsibility and cleaning up one's own house instead of blaming "racism".
