Chicken tacos today!

Soon off to get two crispy shell chicken tacos at Carmen’s Mexican Food. Take-out only, nowadays. Comes with rice+beans by default, but I always get beans+beans instead. Also has cheese, lettuce and tomato by default, but I tell ’em to skip the lettuce and tomato. Then they give me more cheese, and it gets melted into the taco. Salsa and lots of chips are provided too. So good.

Where's Carmen's?

I'm a big fan of Jalapenos in Carmel Mountain Ranch.

My local taco shop is stepping it up with quality and portions during these crazy times. Breakfast burritos, California and Oregon burritos, adobada tacos, grilled chicken and carne asada burritos. Cabeza tortas.

LS1 GTO - Carmen’s is on Diane Ave; Diane crosses Clairemont Mesa Blvd between Genesse and the 805. They are on the north side of Clairemont Mesa.

Eah that's what is considered Tacos in Honduras as well.

They gotta drop that lettuce nonsense and go with shredded cabbage and queso.

If you come up to RB check out Contijas in Mercado and Rancho Viejo by I15 across from McD. Not bad, of course only take out.
