I like all the three of the brands you listed. Channellock - as reloader-1 commented, their Irega-made adjustable wrenches are a bargain. Their most famous tool, tongue-in-groove pliers, are good, but IMO that tool has been surpassed by Knipex Cobra pliers. Klein - for electrician specialty tools, Klein and Ideal are tops. Klein Linesman pliers are what all others are measured against. Knipex - if price isn't an issue, Knipex will have the best for most of the tools you listed. I don't think anyone else comes close to their pliers-wrench and cobra wrench. Felco - if you need cable cutters or pruners, Felco is the best. In fact Knipex cable cutters are rebadged Felcos. Xcelite - if you need very small pliers and cutters for something like fine electronics work, Xcelite is a brand to keep in mind. Wiha - has an outstanding reputation for screw/nut drivers, but I don't know anything about the rest of their tools.

Anything that has a cutter buy Klein. Then Channel lock for everything else. Keep Americans working, buy American made!

Pretty much all thats been mentioned are good quality stuff and I own some or a lot of them all. Its more the specific tool and its use that decides which is the best for me.
