I'm ready to replace my citi with a shooter friendly card that has decent rewards. Don't care about interest rate because I pay off every month. Any suggestions?

I have obviously placed orders with "gun companies" (Midway, Brownells, Ruger, Apex, Natchez, Blue Bullets, etc.) and Capital 1 has never questioned or denied any of the transactions. The rewards are 1.5% on every purchase.

I have an NRA Visa that was issued by First National Bank of Omaha. Not sure how it compares, but I've never had any Customer Service issues in over 7 years.

Google that. I believe they have dropped nra and are sending out their signature cards. I don't have a problem with my card. I'm wanting to give my business to a pro shooters financial service.

They have not given me a problem but it seems, this longest member card of mine no longer gets much use anymore (since they went retard).

If you're a member of a local credit union check out their card. My CU lets me buy almost anything. They're also much easier to deal with in a dispute.

I do not think they can not let you purchase from a particular source. But if they are openly critical or 2nd amendment issues I would dump them. They need to just mind their own business if they want customers. "Practice like you want to play in the game"

I've wondered if you used say a Citi card to buy something firearm related and you had to dispute the charge if they'd tell you to piss off or not.

I still have my First National Bank-Omaha card. I keep it because it is a long time held line of credit that is large. I use it once a year....to donate to the NRA-ILA

Capital One is taking over the Cabelas Visa business next month. That would seem to indicate they are gun friendly. Demand not that events should happen as you wish; but wish them to happen as they do happen, and you will go on well. -Epictetus

It seems the financial world has become a hub to push the left's agenda. None boast 2nd Amendment support. It seems to me there is a market for it and I don't understand that there is not one getting in on this vacuum. I've emailed the NRA asking for suggestions of pro 2nd amendment pro CC companies. I'll post their response when I receive it.

I've never had an issue with my Chase Visa Amazon Prime card. Rewards are for all purchases on Amazon, restaurants and gas purchases. Jim ________________________ "If you can't be a good example, then you'll have to be a horrible warning" -Catherine Aird

I am not going to replace my Citi Double Cash card. They give me 2% cash back, more than anyone else, and they are still accepted by my local gunstore and on line vendors. I also like Chase, Capital One and Discover. I tolerate Bank of America and detest Wells Fargo. Why do I have so many cards? Because a year or so ago, several companies had offers of cash back for new accounts. The Capital One Spark card gave me $400 cash for spending an amount that was normal use for me. I bought a new Beretta with that windfall. Check Nerdwallet for current offers. ---------------------------------------------------- Dances with Crabgrass

Well, well, surprise, surprise! You'll never guess what showed up in the mail... The new NRA Firstbankcard credit card to replace the one that expires next month. So, what happened to First National Bank of Omaha dropping the NRA??? Been waiting for them to drop me and here they are sending me a new card. WTF?
