‘Scuse me, slight thread drift, but I found the Pacific Rose Apple a few years ago, for eating by hand. It is Good! Love it. It’s a bit hard to find, if you see it, try it. It was originated in New Zealand and is now grown in Washington State. Pacific Rose Apple Check out the Recipes Tab on the website. They say it’s great for apple sauce. | |||

Some of us do. And oh, if you only have applesauce, even store bought, you can still cook it down and make apple butter from it. I have my own style of humor. I call it Snarkasm. | |||
