Laser Target Practice Recommendations

I' looking at the iTarget system currently, but I see there are many out there.
Looking for something simple to use preferably with out using my cell phone. I would like to be able to use it inside and out.
Something in the $100-$150 range.
Any first hand advice?

Don't know anything about it, but I was thinking yesterday that the SIRT sounds kind of interesting. Costs more than you're looking to spend, though.
