I have the iGrill and it works good, however the range on the BT iGrill limits me as far as movement and connectivity, the signal can't reach the family room from the smoker and that's a problem.

This was recommended by a friend of mine last night, he said he'd send me the next email with coupons, and this deal came about today...

The gateway allows connect via wifi for extended reach, like running to the market for supplies while smoking and keeping a monitor on the cook.. or in my case, getting to go all the way to the recliner....

I've had this for about a year and have been very happy with it.
