I would rather eat a dog turd than those three things.

I will not eat something to spare someone’s feelings. I cant understand why someone would get offended, but some do. I also dislike someone trying to convince me that I will “Like it”.

Unfortunately, recently going low carb I now don't eat grain based products ~ pasta, bread, pizza, etc. as well as pretty much no deserts (sugar).
It kills me as I LOVE Italian food and pasta, pizza, etc.

The diet is a whole 'nother subject though but overall a great decision so far.
Didn't change to lose weight but did lose some.
But I digress.

Before that I would not touch the greasy Middle Eastern food.

I know those are general areas but prior to that I kinda was a foodie and loved a lot of everything.

Not fond of Brussel sprouts still, don't care for cucumbers but I still will eat both now if I have to.

I am not five, so I do not have foods "I will not eat."

There are foods I don't like, and a few I really don't like at all, and will avoid. But if I visited your house and you gave me something I didn't care for, I'd eat at least a little and pretend to like it.

Actual food allergies are different, of course. Luckily I don't have any I know of.

I will try anything once, so technically nothing

Grilled possum and grilled armadillo and BBQ Goat. Tried several times but never was able to acquire a taste. Armadillo chili with beans was not to bad but I think it was because of all of the others spices and beans…..

There are few foods I dislike.

However, I hate, despise and abhor CURRY!!!

Words cannot convey how much I loathe, detest and abominate curry.

Balls, as in Rocky Mountain oysters

Raw oysters. Fry them up on a Po’Boy and I’m tearing that shit up but I’m not a fan of what Jim Gaffigan calls “Snot in a rock”

Bleeding rare beef. People are shocked when I tell them this and they say “but you were a chef!” Yeah, and? I just don’t prefer my steak to still be mooing

Onions, cilantro, guacamole, sushi

Beef liver(can stand chicken liver if wrapped in bacon) beets, and lima beans.

Eggplant
Okra
Sushi
Brains

I’m not five years old, but I don’t want to try the balut. As a host, I would not consider it a problem if a guest didn’t want to eat something I served, particularly something “odd” to their cultural background.

Sushi, squid, menudo, rice bugs

I have been allergic to seafood of many types, so I do not eat any at all, even though years ago, I wanted to eat some lobster and paid the price (severe hives and itchy throat). Even glucosamine will make me break out in hives.

Foods I do not like and won't eat are organ/head meats. As far as vegetables, I love many, dislike some, but I'll eat anything set before me.

Things I've not tried and in which I've no interest in trying:

I'm sure there are others of which I've heard over the years.

Haven't heard of it since the 60's.

Had grilled onions and something leafy in with it.
