I don't see the little shit having any recourse for direct appeals, it is done. And they had the flimsiest reasons for requesting a retrial- no TV coverage, and supposedly a broken unwritten, un-recorded "agreement" between prosecutors and defense in regards to "damaging character" evidence. Poor little Anthony did not want word out that he is a filthy, shitty human being.

I believe he has the right to appeal the trial court's decision. A successful appeal, however, is another thing all together. Keep racking up the legal bills, cupcake.

He has the right to direct appeal, which is stricter in requirements, has different procedures than other appeals.
