^^ yeah, that being the situation, putting in a drop ceiling in the area is way easier.....

you could try gluing up those tin squares that make stuff look "olde timey"

I priced that out and it would be about 2-3x the cost of using soffit. Looks nice, but not $3000 worth of nice. Smile
