I really like Garrett Industries holsters because they build leather lined kydex hybrid. The kydex exterior is great for protection and keeping the holster form while the leather interior makes for a smooth and quiet draw.

I own their older Silent Thunder D2 holster which was made for my P227 but also fits my non-rail P226 rather nicely.

Last year I purchased their Silent Thunder STX 2.0 for my sub-compact P320 RX. It also fits my Carry P320 RX with the trigger just barely being covered safely.

My next purchase will be another STX 2.0 for a railed P226 RX

The front belt slot is designed to pull the pistol against the body.

Thanks. I have read a couple of posts that the 227 fits perfectly in holsters made for a 226.
