The YT channel Just Rolled In posts pictures and video of odd ball things automobile mechanics encounter.

Today's episode had the usual buffonery. A guy who tapped juice off an EV's high voltage batteries. A body shop that made a new pickup door out of a Range Rover hood.

But the practical joke was great. An Isuzu SUV was brought in by an owner who said it started making a funny noise. Some joker zipped tied a harmonica to the grill.

Normally tho, I'm with you. Most "practical jokes" should result in an ass-whipping IMHO.

This one will always be a favorite. Jennifer (the actress who played Rachael) was not told about the “end”. Her reaction is real. Always makes me laugh to watch it.

One of my favorite channels. I've seen a lot of that stuff myself in my career. Another similar channel is Mechanical Nightmare.

I liked the one where the customer wrapped razor wire around his catalytic converter to prevent theft.

I guess it would be out of bounds to put a catalytic converter on a Tesla, with a “wiring harness” to the battery?

Friend of mine had a practical joke played on him. For revenge, he had 2500 “How’s my driving” bumper stickers printed with the other guy’s cell number printed on them.

Put them on all manner of vehicles throughout Los Angeles. For years. They worked in the same cubicle at work. He quite enjoyed listening in on the calls.
