How in the hell are we over a week from election day and some races in California are only around 50% counted? What? farcical.

For those wishing to lodge a complaint, there is a formal process via the Waiver. I'm gonna need the yellow pullout card from the back of the Waiver- the one stamped "TSMF".

Just fill out all fields on the card and drop it in any mailbox. Postage is pre-paid.

Once we have received your card, we will contact you.

Decision Desk has a very good rep for calling races, they are completely legit, with different media outlets using them. They have been around for years, just as legit as Fox, CNN, AP, etc.

NYT does not yet predict that CA03 REP Kiley will win. So

Decision Desk HQ says 219 REP, and NYT says 218 REP

It's true.

ABC, NBC, Bloomberg etc have finally called the US House for the republicans, begrudgingly.

This was actually known 2 days ago so they delayed to dampen the spirits of those who voted republican.

Nancy Pelosi is not the Speaker come January.

That is not a given. With only a small majority, it would be possible for her to get 218 votes as Speaker. Some Reps would have to break ranks, of course, but it's still possible.
