Biden won't be the Dem nominee in 2024.

Have to agree on this one.
I heard Gavin Newsome was running gubernatorial ads in Florida this go round.
Sounds like he is gearing up for a 2024 bid.

Cool. Newsom will out-Mitt Romney Mitt Romney in a week, given Newsom's hyperactive style.

Looks like they're gonna take all day to count less than two percent of the vote.

Can the Democrats keep counting the House races until they win there too? Nothing surprises me anymore after this screwed up election and the lead for the GOP control of the House seems to keep shrinking too. Mad

I fully expect that the only logical thing remaining is for this thread to surrender to a CNN news crew.

You stirring them mashed potatoes? You don't want them to boil over. Salt helps.

You guys can surrender to the CNN news crews of your choice.

I'll surrender to CNN weathergirl Jennifer Gray.

A team thing.

Trump in his livestream just announced Republican Kevin Kiley won the CA Seat 3 race about an hour ago, giving the Republicans 218 in the House. Smile

^^ There we go. There are still a few races out, aren't there?

Yes, quite a few in CA with Seat 22 and 27 looking pretty damned good for Republicans. And also Boebert's race in CO, which is taking eons to move from 99% reported.

Dam’!
Now I’m so confused. Until now I had been convinced that voting as a right-winger was a waste of my time due to the fact that every election was rigged and I had just decided to give up and stay home next time. (Which, if we’ll recall, is supposedly why many Republicans have likewise given up.)

But now‽ A Republican not only supposedly won, but in a close race at that. What am I supposed to think and do now? Vote, not vote?* It’s all too much for my feeble brain. Frown

* Note, BTW, that if you have any advice, it must reconcile the two: either it’s possible for a Republican to win a close race, or they’re all rigged these days and impossible to win.
Okay: your turn, and no ignoring one or the other. Roll Eyes
