I was an avid watcher of SNL from 1987 until 2017 (when it became The Bash Trump Show) and never recall seeing this sketch ever?
I saw plenty of Sprockets sketches and ones featuring that Phil Hartman character but never together like this.
Who was the guest? I don’t recognize her, had to be mid-1990s

Wonder how this would be done today. So many stereotypes, so many verbal attacks based solely on race, nationality, gender identity, preference, etc. And, is the creator cancelled? I think not.

The video is reversed because if it wasn't, youtube would be able to easily find this video and they would then take it down, because suck-ass NBC/SNL won't allow individuals to publish stuff like this.
