Yes, they see the government as completely abandoning traditional demographics. Meaning ethnically British by generations of heritage regardless of race. They see the government as actively targeting them for ever more tax money, and scapegoating them publicly as a form of class warfare.

And these traditionally British, decently educated and productive citizens cannot understand why the government is doing this. Though the government demographics are changing, there is still a very large contingent of white, wealthy, and privileged people running things.

It seems to transcend mere power plays to buy votes, into actively choosing the destruction of their country.

Widespread violence is in their near future imho, as the citizens rebel. Sir Ken misunderstands the why behind the emotions, perhaps intentionally so, but he isn't wrong that there is a growing threat from ethnically British who are fed up.

Long before the UK will resort to violence they will suffer from it. Slow to provoke, but effective as to the results. To point the finger at the "threat" of backlash ignores the origin of the problem.
