DemocRATS are such hypocritical pieces of shit; ironic to blame the republicans in congress when it is their leftist president that opened the border, keeps it open, and physically removes physical barriers put in place by border states to stop EXACTLY what they are bitching about. I guess virtue signaling does come with a price once they are actually in office. Until the border actually gets closed, keep sending them to blue cities I say.

Perhaps this would ultimately be successful, but it would take a bit longer that necessary. I predict immediate results and a much higher likelihood of success if the military were to set up some machine gun positions on our side of the wire...Lay down some suppressive fire, and I can pretty much guarantee ZERO Illegal Alien Invaders would attempt to cross the border!

It is not just the welfare State. They are givin American peoples jobs. If you were in the market, you would see this. Also, I see former housing now turned into commercial property then, somehow the city turns this over to them to become a Church. A load of shit there because worship can be done in their own country. The expense of deporting all these illegals should come with heavy contributions taken from the demorat party right up to bidens ill gotten millions.

Every state and city that has too many illegals to care for financially should bus them to Greenville, DE, Rehobeth Beach, DE, and McLean, VA, and drop them in front of the Biden residence there.

Send millions of them, especially to Rehobeth Beach, where PedoJoe goes to commune with his car.

Any conservative or, anyone else running for office, where the opposition is a Far Left/Progressive type, their advertisements need to beat them over the head with their sanctuary city advocacy. This shouldn't be terribly hard and now that the Blue states are getting a taste of the medicine, the marketing campaign needs to get cranked-up-

We told you twenty-years ago and you accused us of being heartless. We told you ten-years ago and you accused us being inhumane. We old you five years ago and you accused us of being bigots and exaggerating. Now you've got'em, still think the same?

BuyDem Approves new Section of Border Wall as Mexico crossings rise

Link

US President Joe Biden's administration is to build a section of border wall in southern Texas in an effort to stop rising levels of immigration.

Around 20 miles (32km) will be built in Starr County along its border with Mexico, where officials report high numbers of crossings.

Building a border wall was a signature policy of Donald Trump as president and fiercely opposed by Democrats.

In 2020, Mr Biden promised he would not build another foot of wall if elected.

His administration passed a proclamation soon after taking office that said building a wall across the southern border "is not a serious policy solution".

In a statement to Associated News on Wednesday night, the US Customs and Border Protection defended the latest move, saying it was using funds already allocated for a border barrier.

"Congress appropriated fiscal year 2019 funds for the construction of border barrier in the Rio Grande Valley, and DHS is required to use those funds for their appropriated purpose," the statement said.

The rising number of illegal border crossings has made the issue a vulnerable one for the president.

More than 245,000 crossings have been made this year in the Rio Grande Valley area alone, government data shows, and September is expected to be a record month.

Several US cities say they are feeling the strain of the influx.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams predicted the cost of housing the more than 100,000 new arrivals since last year will rise to $12bn over the next three years.

Mr Adams is travelling to Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador this week to discourage migrants from setting out. "We are at capacity," he said on Tuesday.

President Biden's secretary of homeland security referred to an "acute and immediate need" to build the new section of wall and prevent unlawful entries.

Dozens of federal laws have been waived in order to approve its construction, including the Clean Air Act and Safe Drinking Water Act.

The move has angered environmentalists, who say the structures will cut through the habitats of endangered plants and animals.

"It's disheartening to see President Biden stoop to this level, casting aside our nation's bedrock environmental laws to build ineffective wildlife-killing border walls," said Laiken Jordahl, a conservation advocate at the Center for Biological Diversity.

According to a proposal by US Customs and Border Protection, the barriers will consist of large bollards embedded in a concrete base, as well as gates, cameras and CCTV equipment.

Homeland Security said it would use funding secured during Donald Trump's presidency to build the new section.

It is the first time the Biden administration has used its powers to approve the construction of new walls - something that was done often during Mr Trump's time in office, when around 50 miles of new wall was built and 400 miles of existing barriers were upgraded.

For the forty years that I worked in procurement (purchasing and contracting), much of it involved construction of structures and roads.

Over the years I saw the gradual elimination of the trades as an option for American citizens. No more could a kid come out of high school and apprentice as a carpenter, roofer, brick mason etc and expect to earn a decent living.

In Texas, contractors saw an opportunity to make more money by hiring cheaper alien labor.

The dems saw an opportunity to cause economic chaos in red states by overloading the social systems with aliens and displacing the core of the hated blue collar class who espouse patriotism, freedom and are anti gov control and over-reach.

The dems see the aliens as a pliable class that will support dem candidates as they become voters.

The un-enforced border policy is part of an intentional policy aimed at displacing and impoverishing a large part of the patriotic American population and gaining a large voting population of submissive and grateful supporters who will submit to a central authority without thoughts of constitutional rights or protest.

I am an environmental engineer who has spent 35 years working on fed.gov environmental programs, everywhere including the Departments of Agriculture, Defense (including all the military services and a bunch of independent defense entities), Energy, Interior, and Homeland Security. I've done everything from NEPA analysis to FLPMA analysis (using that list).

To my knowledge, never, I repeat NEVER, has a fed.gov department unilaterally waived so many federal environmental laws. Even the Presidential National Security Exemption from RCRA for Groom Lake (i.e., Area 51) isn't this sweeping (and I worked with the DoD lawyers who pulled that first-of feat off).

This proclamation is politically motivated. In the last month, the PedoJoe administration has seen their ardent supporters (e.g., Adams of NYC, Houchal of NYS, Pritzker of IL) turn on them due to the immigration disaster they created. Now, despite the funds being available for five years (BTW, federal appropriations generally expire after five years Roll Eyes) DHS waivers almost every fed.gov environmental protection law simply because of their own IN-FUCKING-COMPETENCE!!!

If the ACLU, Clean Water Action, Greenpeace, NRDC, Sierra Cub, State of Texas, WWF, and every other environmental interest group, along with every Tribe along this stretch of border are not in federal court seeking to stop this, then we know for a fact those organizations are not about ensuring the fed.gov complies with these laws.

This administration has been an utter disaster. President Trump is one hell of a MAN to want to run the fed.gov again, given everything he has seen with the Cabal of Commies.

I think the Dems started to panic after Elon Musk went to the border then showed the world what was going on there uncensored by the Biden media.

And I'm reading that the NYC Mayor is on his way to Mexico to beg them to stop letting people in now, LOL

Foxnews.com: Biden, on Texas border wall, says he tried to 'redirect' the money

President Biden, speaking after his administration announced border wall construction in Texas, said at the White House Thursday that he tried to "redirect" the money for the project.

"I'll answer one question on the border wall, the border wall where money was appropriated for the border wall. I tried to get them to reappropriate, to redirect that money," Biden said. "They didn't. They wouldn't. And in the meantime, there's nothing under the law other than they have to use the money for what it was appropriated. I can't stop that."

When asked by a reporter if he believes a border wall works, Biden said "no."

White House Communications Director Ben LaBolt later tweeted that "The funds for ~20 miles of border reinforcements were appropriated in 2019 before [Biden] took office.

Army-Navy game hotel reservations canceled due to influx of migrants in Massachusetts

BY BRANDON TRUITT
UPDATED ON: OCTOBER 5, 2023 / 12:12 PM / CBS

FOXBORO - It is one of the most anticipated games in college football and this year it is being played at Gillette Stadium. The Army-Navy game will make its Foxboro debut on December 9th.

American presidents often attend, but you can be certain tens of thousands of veterans will pour into the greater Boston area. Tickets to the game sell out quickly and hotel rooms become a hot commodity.

That's why it was all the more troubling when Mark Mansbach, a travel agent out of New Jersey, started getting calls from clients that their hotel rooms for the game were being canceled. He decided to call the hotels his agency was partnering with for the game.

"They were leasing out the hotels to the state of Massachusetts for refugees," Mansbach said he was told. It was the response from three hotels owned by Giri Hotel Management, according to Mansbach.

The company, he explained, was working with the state to house migrants under the right to shelter law. His clients' previously booked hotel rooms were canceled to continue the lease with the state. Mansbach said at least 70 of his reservations were impacted...

If Democrats didn't have hypocrisy they'd have nothing going for them.

The Dem mayors and governors aren't upset by the illegal immigration. They're just upset they're coming to their cities and states but they'd be OK with it if they stayed in a red state.
