Congress should be reverted back to a part time job without benefits and perks like when our country was founded.

Make them go home and make a living the rest of the year they are not in session.

Think about people like Sheila Jackson Lee, who thinks the United States landed on Mars and planted a flag there. Think about people like Hank Johnson, who in all seriousness, expressed concern that due to the weight of US military equipment and personnel, Guam was in danger of tipping over.

There's no subterfuge, no conspiracy or underlying strategy; it's simply true- some of these people are too stupid to breathe:



Now, I ask you- who out there with a triple digit IQ thinks that islands are land masses floating on the surface of the ocean? Roll Eyes

Sure, it's a deal. But for the record, I can recognize government stupidity vis-à-vis Kamala. But there's a risk of underestimating people and they use that to give themselves cover. For example, given the high price of gasoline, it stretches incredulity to believe the administration is simply not thinking and they were being stupid when they cancelled oil drilling lease sales just 5 days ago. Dumb people can be smart enough to use their dumbness to deflect any criticism that they should know better and to hold them accountable.

I predict they'll be stupider after the November midterms...it's not just the Libs either the Repubs have some morons too. In Ohio I get to vote for JD Vance as a Senator with an "R" behind his name, what a disgrace and Trump endorsed him too !

I absolutely, 100% agree that the government has far more important things to be dealing with right now. They should definitely be getting to work on more important things. However, when there are not more pressing issues to address, I do think it’s important to find out more about these unidentified objects. And no, not because I think we are about to be attacked by aliens, but it is a bit concerning when anything can fly right into the airspace around one of our carrier strike groups and we have no idea what it is and can’t do anything about it. I am frankly more concerned that a terrestrial adversary such as China may have cooked up some type of weapon that we have no ability to combat than I am about ET visiting from outer space. Accordingly, I have no problem with our government looking into why the many hundreds of billions that we spend on our military doesn’t buy us stuff that can identify anything flying in or near $50+ billion of military hardware. They just shouldn’t be worried about it now.
