Looks like our old thread ran out of time!
We seem to be having a hard time getting together....so, I'm suggesting Sunday August 20th
at the Monroe County Fairgrounds for their gun show! Meeting up at Dena's Restaurant for breakfast at 9 am! Hope we have a good turnout!

I should be able to make it. Might be able to bring along my wife's nephew. Any worries about a 16 year old going?

Too far south. Crossing the bridge scares me.

I'll be at a training conference in Ohio that weekend. Have fun guys.

That's the weekend of the Selfridge Airshow as well.

Got the nod from my wife about the show. Her nephew arrives this afternoon. Will see how he feels about going.

Our only daughter is getting married on the 19th the day before - I'm certain the clean-up, and after wedding affairs are going to knock me out of this one.

Both my wife and I are eyeing relief after the event - the details, planning to keep this thing on the rails has been a chore...Timing cues are incredibly tight as the wedding is at a private golf course that is hosting its club Invitational the same weekend. I'm amazed the club did not tell us find another venue...Once our time slot is done, the 4-somes will be coming our way...

But it's a nice place, the daughter is happy, and it looks like we'll be able to pull it off. Weather is an issue - the whole affair is outdoors. We are renting a large tent just in case, so now I'm certain after dropping large for the tent, it will be sunny

Thanks for the range advice ! ! ! Wife thought if he goes to the show, he'll want to go to the range, so might have to not take him, but perhaps we can make a recce run to Top Gun and see if we are okay to try...

I would not think taking your nephew to the range would present any problems, but calling ahead would be the wise thing to do.
