Does anyone know if Tunnels to Towers holds the deeds on those houses they provided. Is it more of a lease granted to the recipient. Awake not woke | ||

All I see references ‘paying off the mortgage’. Say it was a $400k house, owed $300k on the mortgage, it wouldn’t be right to pay the $300k then have the deed. I think it’s as it sounds, they pay off the rest of the mortgage, then it’s free & clear. After that one would just have the normal expenses of ownership and taxes. | |||

It's 2 separate things, paying off an existing mortgage vs giving someone a house. T2T does both.
