Sounds like the CA government.
But CA does it deliberately, so the bonds will be approved by the Lib electorate.
Politics in an apolitical thread. Come on.

My (former) coworkers say I have an extraordinary memory of work-related information. I still field questions about my projects even after having been gone for 14 years. Some years back I wrote a couple of documents about technical details of the SAGE system I recalled after a 20 year absence, and was surprised at how much I remembered. (Now, where I put my glasses is another matter . . . .)

At random times estimation is a super power of mine.
During an inventory at work I saw a bin of tiny parts on a scale. Before looking at the meter I blurted out a four digit random number I figured would be ballpark to a nearby co-worker. He said "that's it alright" I laughed, then looked...exactly correct.
Made me more convinced we might all be a simulation after all.

I live a very fortunate life. I do, This next part is not complaining.
If some shit can go wrong, It will do so to me. I have the worst luck. The worlds most unlikely things happen to me. We call it (family name ) Curse.
Shit rolls downhill, picks up the septic tank, and hits me.
in the end it works its self out. I have learned to roll with it after 45 years.
I have friends who have said, dude, you are a shti magnet. I don't usually seek it out, yet it homes in on as iff Garand thumb was calling the shit in.

I had the ability to get lost going almost anywhere. In fact, it seemed to me that I could get lost crossing the street. This superpower was taken away from me with the invention of GPS. I do believe that GPS was the greatest invention in human history since the invention of the wheel.
