Cuz you get what they give you and right now they give you two 100mg tabs per month and it's up to the patient to cut it up into the doses he needs.

Erectile Dysfunction Associated with Vascular Disease

Mainstream doctors generally resort to one of three FDA-approved prescription drugs (Viagra®, Cialis®, or Levitra®) to treat patients suffering from mild erectile dysfunction (ED)—with mixed results. As Mayo Clinic professor of urology Dr. Ajay Nehra recently told the New York Times, “the medications do not work for about half of the men with ED.”2

Although these drugs may help some men with ED to achieve temporary erections sufficient for sexual activity, they do nothing to treat chronic endothelial dysfunction, one of ED’s stealth causes.

The unfortunate reality is that many aging men remain unaware of the link between ED and vascular disease. They go to their doctors seeking help for sexual dysfunction, get a prescription, and leave with no idea of the creeping health dangers that may lie in store for them.

These dangers are real. “Erectile problems may show up about three years before a cardiovascular event such as a heart attack or stroke,” Dr. Ira Sharlip reported in the same New York Times article.2

Prescription drugs for ED can cost as much as $15 per pill.2 They are often accompanied by an array of side effects ranging from indigestion,3 flushing,4 blurred vision,5-7 hearing loss,8,9 congestion,10 and headache11 to more serious health problems, from neurologic disorders12 to heart attacks.3,13

These drugs provide short-term relief to ED sufferers by relaxing the smooth muscles that line the arteries, thus increasing blood flow into arteries that supply the penis. In those instances when ED is the result of plaque buildup in penile arteries, these drugs offer no long-term benefit.

For men interested in achieving optimal health—including dynamic sexual health—a better option is now available.

Pycnogenol® and L-arginine Aspartate: A Clinically Proven, Long-Term Alternative to ED Drugs

The efficacy of Pycnogenol® and L-arginine aspartate has been tested in five independent clinical studies. All of these studies showed that male sexual function was restored during supplementation with these ingredients.33-37 Patients also reported an increase in sexual dreams and fantasies and more frequent morning erections. Their partners noted higher sexual interest and enhanced sexual performance.38

The first clinical trial to report successful treatment of erectile dysfunction with Pycnogenol® and L-arginine aspartate involved 40 men between 25 and 45 years of age suffering from mild ED. After treatment with arginyl aspartate (which provided the equivalent of 1.7 g L-arginine per day) for one month, only 2 patients (5% of all patients) experienced normal erections. During a second month of treatment, 80 mg Pycnogenol® per day was added to the arginine regimen and yielded a significant improvement, with 32 patients (80%) enjoying normal erections. A third month’s treatment with L-arginine, together with an increased amount of Pycnogenol® (120 mg per day), further increased the number of patients with restored normal erectile function. At the end of the trial, 37 patients, equivalent to 92.5% of all participants, achieved normal erectile function.35

Ok, I'll be mostly ..serious. I've had to see the price "rise" from $125 co-pay (for 14), to not covered at $300+, and lately over $640-ish from Walmart or Costco. Call Costco and if cheaper, Walmart will match price.

Like others have said they are virtually the same price for each of the 3 doses, so find out how much will work for you and score the pills with a knife and break them on "hard" surface. Forget pill cutters. Should get 2 or 4 doses out of the 100. If you take too much side effects are worse!

Next I may need to check out the India connection. I've been too suspicious to try any overseas without first hand recommendations.

I'll post an update for the curious. Tried to refill a script and the going rate is now $793 at Costco, and $860-ish at Walmart for 14. That's just wrong. Thanks to other posts here I looked into the generic and Costco does those for about $55 for 50 of the 20mg. Might not split the pill but won't feel like I must either!! Just need a new script. I'm never going back to Pfizer, sell your stock!

Your numbers must be off. All I hear about is misogynistic insurance companies making women pay for birth control while handing out Viagra like Pez so old men can get erections.

You're better off paying a hot 21 year old stripper to dance in front of you while you're getting lucky with your wife heehhe

This may be gray area, so mods, please delete this post if it is inappropriate...

OP, there is a company called RUI Products www.rui-products.com that sells liquid viagra, cialis, levitra, and tons of other pharmaceuticals (mostly muscle building related). All of their products are pharm grade, they're located in the USA, and they are "legal" because they are sold for "research purposes" and "not for human consumption." If you get my drift.

Anyways, among many bodybuilding, .mil, LEO, and firefighting communities, this company is considered the go to place for quality and legitimate products (for research purposes only of course) at an affordable price.

I tried this stuff once, but my wife went out of town. I had to keep my right arm in a sling for almost a week.

Best regards,

Indian pharmacies are for the most part are OK to order from.

They have billions of poor people and the Indian Government said screw the drug companies and ignored the patent protections and allowed labs to be set up in India.

They have been producing generics for lots of drugs for years to FDA standards supposedly.

It the website has been around for a few years it should be safe to order from.

All,

My urologist suggested I try CanadaDrugCenter. I have now been using it for a couple of years. It is a pain in the backside to use, because they do not take credit cards. At first, I was apprehensive about sending a check to another country, and was also apprehensive about the quality of the drugs (I use Cialis). But, I've been paying about $4 a pill (for 20mg Cialis). I buy about a year's worth at a time. It takes about 3-4 weeks to actually receive the meds through the mail - it often comes from India, or the UK. The pills seem to have the same effect as the ones I used to buy through my local CVs. I've never had a problem dealing with this company, and have no connection with them other than being a satisfied customer...

If you have your Doc write a Rx for sidenafil 20mg,,, count of 90,,, you can buy it through Blink Health for $62.00. Take 5 pills to equal a 100mg Viagra dose. Cost <3.50.
Blink Health is an app that allows you to pay Blink,, pick up your meds from your regular Pharmacy. CVS wanted 1400.00 for the Rx,, Blink was 61.99.
Once you check out how Blink works, and make sure your Pharmacy understands how to use it, you will save considerable money. Ive saved lots of money for my family.
If you decide you want to try Blink,, email me,, and I'll send you a code to save 15.00 off your first order. Then you will get a code to give your friends and family, and when they use it, you will get the 15.00 credit.
kkina also has a code he'll send you. He's used Blink too.

An update as promised...

I placed an order and when I completed the order their web site stated they would contact me to arrange payment. I never heard from them to make payment so I was not able to complete the transaction.

I checked my spam filter daily for two weeks to make sure I didn't miss their email but never received anything.
